Brand promise vs reality
The ambiance is amazing ; good music playing in the background, lay back chairs for lounging
and having a great time with friends and family, Comfortable spinning chairs
for those who like the extra comfort and swing, perfect high chairs for sitting, giving you some
alone time to get some work done, Well regulated room temperature, and to crown it all there’s a view.
You can
look out the window and watch life go in slow-mo, cool right.
To the left, the corner store has a setting that mimics that
of a hotel. The Vintage aura exuded by the lounge area is strikingly wowing.
Quality of service delivery
The only thing that didn't particularly catch my fancy was the
scary and grouchy looking security guy at the door; but let’s face it, security
is necessary. As for all the other staff they were mostly smiley faces. I am to
assume two things. Either they enjoy their jobs or they just like to laugh.
Either way I’m glad they’re smiling.
Their products range from cakes to gelato, waffles,
espressos, cold drinks, Smoothies, coffee, cocktails, luxury tea, desserts and my
personal favorite for which they are famous, Ice cream.
Ooooh Yeah!!!
The numerous confectioneries
would make you drool as you walk in and take a view of the tray. Being a first
timer at this sweet tooth heaven I was a bit undecided as to what treat I
should try first. After being warmly welcomed at the counter by the front line
lady, I asked her to recommend their best ice-cream flavors. She was more than
happy to.
After being served my luscious looking ice-cream, I settled
in ready to explore. As I dug my teeth and tongue on the ice-cream cone, the cream
melted in my mouth as my taste buds leaped for joy at the extravagant and
intriguing taste of the pineapple flavored frozen delicious goodness.
Hygiene:The place was spic and span; impeccable from floor
to ceiling. All staff at service points had hair nets on.
What are they doing right : They have a good brand, well
positioned to provide excellent ice-cream
in a highly hygienic and cozy environment. They also have the Internet presence
basics covered although not engaging enough for customers feedback.
What are they doing wrong; their website is not engaging
enough leading to a poor feedback mechanism. The floral architecture at the entrance can be better done and well.
In my opinion I think they've kept their brand promise and so I'm safe to say and give this brand a 4.5 star rating.
Great job guys. Keep it up.
